Solaqua is a start-up that makes autonomous solar irrigation accessible and profitable for farmers thanks to our strong commitment to innovation. Our objective is to guarantee access to clean and affordable energy that allows efficient irrigation of crops, improving Europe's competitiveness while transitioning to a new energy paradigm in agriculture.
We are the result of four important European R&D projects: Masolowaten, Sol-aqua EU, CO2FRA-MED: Free Agriculture for the Mediterranean region, and Solar Farm (SME Instrument). From the beginning, we have seamlessly combined innovation and technology, taking advantage of the knowledge acquired to create a broad portfolio of patents and synergies within our group of companies. This allows us to offer farmers one of the most advanced and competitively affordable solar irrigation systems on the market.
